Fee + send

One flat fee. No surprises, ever.

$50 / applicant

The application fee is $50 per applicant. You pay it in step 4, right after you send: your application is complete once the fee is paid. It covers each applicant's identity, eviction and criminal records check.

Total due: $50 for 1 applicant — each applicant pays $50

Pay + complete

Unlocks as soon as you send. Your application is complete once the fee is paid.

One last step — send it in your mail app

Secure payment by Square — card or Cash App Pay. Each applicant's $50 is paid at this link — for more than one applicant, complete a payment for each person.

Your mail app should have opened with your application addressed to our leasing team. Your application reaches us only when you press send in your mail app — until then, it hasn't reached us. Once it does, here's what happens next:

  1. Pay the $50-per-applicant fee on the property's Rent Manager page with the button above (one $50 fee per applicant) — once your application reaches us and the fee posts in Rent Manager, your screening runs automatically. There is no second application to fill.
  2. We verify your identity and check eviction and criminal records.
  3. Once your application reaches us, our central leasing team reviews it the same day and answers by 5 PM.
  4. Approved → we send you the lease link for your home the same day. You'll get an email confirmation once your application is processed.
