On behalf of KPM Property Management, we are pleased to announce that our company has officially ranked 35th out of 50 major companies in Houston Business Journal’s Middle Market 50.
HBJ’S Middle Market 50 was created to showcase Houston’s fastest-growing companies. All finalists had to have been in business for a minimum of five years, earned between $28 million and $1 billion in revenue for the fiscal year 2020, and be headquartered in Houston’s metropolitan area.
Final ranks were determined based on a percentage of two-year revenue growth and were revealed via a live broadcast ceremony on May 20th. Among the many excellent and diverse companies listed, KPM Property Management was selected at #35 with a 27.43% two-year growth. Following the announcement of the award, KPM featured a submitted video thanking HBJ for its acknowledgment. KPM Property Management was additionally awarded a digital feature on Houston Business Journal’s main awards website for the duration of the month.
